Ogbuokiri Blessing

Dr. Blessing Ogechi Ogbuokiri completed a Doctoral degree in Computer Scence from the School of Computer Science and Applied Mathematics, University of the Witwatersrand (Wits), Johannesburg, South Africa. He obtained advanced trainings in machine learning, deep learning, IBM data science, database management, AI ethics and policy, TensorFlow, and project management. He has a remarkable academic record at all levels of education. He holds the PSYBERGATE Computer Science Alumni Prize for the Best Student Tutor, at Wits University. Currently, he is a recipient of the Google DeepMind AlphaGo AI documentary. He has over fifteen years of work experience in academia, the software, and IT industries. He has managed teams and made many group decisions. Dr Blessing has more than 15 peer-reviewed publications in international journals, conference proceedings, and book chapters. He has successfully supervised more than ten (10) honours projects. Dr Blessing is interested in the following research domains, theoretical computing, machine learning, deep learning for social good, computer vision, software engineering (emphasis on implementation and testing).
